BOOKINGS
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, email or social media message. All appointments are subject to availability.

CONSULTATIONS
A consultation form must be completed before your first treatment and updated whenever there are changes to your health, medication or personal circumstances. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being declined.

PATCH TESTING
Certain treatments require a patch test prior to treatment. Where a patch test is required, treatment cannot proceed without it.

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL
Cairngorm Glow Skin & Wellness operates from a private home treatment room. Clients are kindly asked not to arrive more than 5 minutes before their appointment time unless otherwise agreed.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in treatment time being shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients. The full treatment fee may still apply.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Clients must inform Cairngorm Glow Skin & Wellness of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, medication or recent treatments that may affect suitability for treatment.
Treatment may be refused or adapted where necessary for client safety.
Clients who are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, including sickness and diarrhoea, flu, COVID-19, or any other infectious condition, are kindly asked to reschedule their appointment.

CHILDREN
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise agreed.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Cairngorm Glow Skin & Wellness accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property.

RESULTS
Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, medical history and homecare. No guarantee can be given regarding treatment outcomes.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expiry dates apply as stated on the voucher.

MOBILE PHONES
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients, mobile phones should be switched to silent during treatments wherever possible.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT
Cairngorm Glow Skin & Wellness reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate or where abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour is displayed.

DATA PROTECTION
Personal information is collected solely for treatment, safety and business administration purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

PRICING
Treatment prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply.

LIABILITY

All treatments are carried out with reasonable care and skill. Cairngorm Glow Skin & Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from treatment.
