Hello, I'm Lou, the face behind Cairngorm Glow Skin & Wellness. 🩶
I'm a qualified skin and massage therapist and Dermalogica-certified skin therapist, based in the beautiful Highland village of Carrbridge.
I've always had a passion for skincare, wellbeing and helping people feel good about themselves.
I created Cairngorm Glow to offer a peaceful, welcoming space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and enjoy treatments that are thoughtfully tailored to you.
Whether you're looking to improve your skin health, ease muscular tension or simply take some time for yourself, my aim is to make every visit a relaxing, personal experience.
My Passion for Skin & Wellbeing
My interest in skincare began with my own skin journey. Having experienced acne when I was younger, I discovered Dermalogica in my early twenties and saw first-hand the difference that understanding your skin and using the right products could make.
That experience sparked a lasting interest in skin health, which has only grown over the years.
Today, as a Dermalogica-certified skin therapist, I love helping clients better understand their skin and finding treatments that work for their individual needs.
Alongside skincare, I'm passionate about the benefits of massage, whether that's helping to ease muscular tension or simply giving someone the opportunity to completely relax.
