Hi, I'm Lou, founder of Cairngorm Glow Skin & Wellness.
My passion for skincare and wellbeing began over a decade ago while travelling the world. Inspired by different approaches to self-care and holistic health, I went on to train in Reiki, massage therapy and skincare; I've been passionate about sharing that knowledge ever since.
I am a Dermalogica Certified skin therapist, VTCT Level 3 trained and a member of the Guild of Beauty Therapists. I combine professional training with a tailored approach, focusing on real results for your skin.
At Cairngorm Glow, I take a calm and nurturing approach to skin health and wellbeing, combining professional treatments with a peaceful, welcoming experience from my home studio in the heart of the Cairngorms. Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, whether you're looking to relax, restore balance, support your skin, or simply take some time for yourself.
